From Andrey

Andrey Potekhin graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Moscow State University, Russia. He relocated to the Silicon Valley California to pursue a career in software engineering. Andrey currently manages all technology aspects at Taitl Design, LLC and MesArt.com. Andrey includes bird watching, guitar playing, fresh water and kayaking among the things he enjoys.

Quick facts about Andrey's life

1. While in high school, accidentally invented OO programming. Unfortunately, that has already been done!

2. Wanted to spend freshman New Year's Eve in University computer lab, writing a computer game. Got thrown out! (from the lab)

3. Relocated to the U.S. in 1994. The first book bought in the U.S.: “Design Patterns.”

4. Proposed an extention to C++ polymorphism.

5. Co-founded an online fine art firm MesArt.
