Andrey Potekhin graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Moscow State University, Russia. He relocated to the Silicon Valley California to pursue a career in software engineering. Andrei currently manages the technical aspects of internet-related projects with Taitl Design and MesArt. Andrei includes bird watching, ping-pong, fresh water and mountain climbing among the things he enjoys.

1. In high school, accidentally invented OO programming. Unfortunately, that was already discovered.

2. Spent freshman New Year's Eve in university’s computer lab, writing a game.

3. Relocated to the US at 21. First book bought in the US: “Design Patterns.”

4. Proposed an extention to C++ polymorphism.

5. Built a patent alerting service that has subscribers in 98 countries.

6. Co-founded and built an online fine art firm MesArt.
